This coffee is grown by smallholder Vietnamese farmers and roasted in Ho Chi Minh City (a.k.a. Saigon) by my friends at Lacàph, a growing local coffee brand popular amongst the better F&B and retail outlets in the country.

For an authentic Vietnamese Sweet milk coffee (“Cà Phê Sữa”), add sweetened condensed milk. Recommended storage instructions: store in a cool, dry, and odor-free place.
